- Escape the real world
This is the last Walker book I read as after this they just because way too samey as if she had run out of imagination - but for me this is her best. The sequel to French Relations, this takes the happy ending of that book and here subverts it. Witty, funny, romantic, this is the perfect after-work read or just before bed book.

This book was just as good as her first instulment into the French family. It is long so make your self comfy as you want want to put it down.

I have been a Fiona Walker fan since reading 'Lots of Love' a few summers ago and decided to get the whole collection.

I really enjoyed this book and I would highly recommend it anyone. What I would say is that its a great story on its own, but it is a follow up to Fiona Walkers `French Relations' and as a pair they are even better, in fact the only thing missing for me is a third as I would love to know what happens to Tash and Hugo in the future?

- Reading this was like wading through treacle
Hugo Beauchamp is a two dimensional rip-off of Jilly Cooper's Rupert Campbell-Black. The heroine Tash's Irish fiance Niall is a stereotypical Irish alcoholic with stage-Oirish dialogue, indeed he is. It takes pages and pages of reading to get to the interesting parts which are sadly very short. Having said that, Well Groomed is a fun no-brainer read which would be ideal for the beach.

I loved this book, its definately one of her best (some of the later ones are not as great but it must be hard to live up to this high standard!),its one of the few books I bother to read again and again, and the characters and the ending still makes me smile!
