As noted by previous reviewer - which sadly I did not read when I ordered the book - this is just "Tailoring: A Step-by-step Guide to Creating Beautiful Customised Garments" in a different cover. Good book (in either cover!) but poor marketing me thinks!!!

This book is pretty good and I'm glad I bought it but the book it tries to get you to buy with it (tailoring a step-by-step guide to creating beautiful customized garments) is the same book exactly but has a different front cover, so I recommend buying which ever one is cheapest at the time.


Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The very best book for making jackets
Having bought and used quite a few sewing books for making jackets, I have found this the very best. It has exceptionally clear, step-by-step pictures for every stage in the process. There is guidance for making jackets using the traditional custom method, using a machine method and using a fusible method. I cannot recommend it too highly - forget all the other books and just use this one!
