If you have used Time Out magazines in the past, you will already have a very good idea of what this book offers. If you are looking for a night/day out it will provide superb in depth, culturally savvy coverage of the many choices the city has to offer. Because of this guide, I enjoyed fabulous meals, theatre and jazz nights.

Unfortunately, "the travel guide" is almost bolted on to the regular Time Out format and is much weaker. Information about transportation and finding your way around is poor, as is detail regarding "touristy" activities and sites, especially those out in the suburbs.
