- Energising, enjoyable workout
I am a great fan of Billy Blanks, I have been a
late-starter in working out, but find this video
keeps you highly-charged and motivated.
Once you have mastered the instructional workout
which is available on some of his other videos, then
this tape is well worth buying!
Keeps the heart rate up and with continued use you
will see the results both in toning,shape and
general fitness.

- Perfect for advanced beginners!
This is my first Tae-Bo video and was the perfect choice for me as Im relatively fit and need something more challenging then the basics. I find the first Basic Workout great for the mornings when I have time for the 30 minute workout which works up a sweat but really stretches your body as it is great for speeding up my metabolism for the day and I do the 8-minute workout once or twice in the afternoon for a good workout. I find both workout equally as good for working up a sweat just the basic workout gives you more time but with the 8-minute you jump straight into it. Good emphasis on stretching and cooling down, i found it really works your legs and I really felt it the next day.

After I came back from holiday, I was desperate to loose all the excess fat and a friend recommended the Tae-bo work out to me. When I tried out the video, I was amazed by the incredible high I got after each workout. I got an immense release of energy every time I worked out and I loved the way it targetted specific muscles in my arms, thighs, and legs. I saw results within the first week of trying the video, and within one month, I had lost all the excess weight from my holidays. In addition, I felt stronger and fitter and I could see the muscles in my body take shape. - motivating, stress-busting and flab-fighting-thats tae bo!
Having never been an excerciser, I am astonished at how addicted I am to tae-bo. I've heard people talk about the aerobic factors but tae bo is more - it's a true stress buster, flab-fighter,motivator and excerciser all in one! Billy Blanks is a true motivator with great philosophy - its as if he is your personal trainer! People of all ages and abilities can do this workout as you do it at your own pace. I never get bored of it, unlike other excercise regimes and its over so quickly, so even the busiest among us can fit it in. I'd have taken it up years ago if I thought it would make me feel so good and make my tummy as flat as it is!! It really makes you focused and positive. This is more fun and up beat than the usual aerobic vids I like the pace and there's none of that dancing around that you get with other videos. The only drawback is the length of the workout is too short, so I'm going for the advanced one now!
