- Excellent Routine, Easy to Follow
I first saw this on video about 10 years ago when my mum was trying to get in shape and recently we were both on diets and getting fitter and she maintained that this was the only thing that ever got her in shape so we tried it.

I have tried other workout videos before and gotten confused or lost but this was easy to follow (especially with Bev's daughter counting so you don't need to watch the screen the whole time especially if you're doing the floor excercises!!) Even though I'm VERY uncoordinated I followed it through and after a couple of weeks of doing it every other day I started to see the results.

Brilliant, been doing this dvd for a few months and it is getting better and better. Tried to change review to 5 stars but system wont let me. Seem to get more out of the dvd the fitter I get, other dvd's become easy and boring but not this one, it is still challenging and Beverley is brilliant.

- Gentle workout
The aerobic section isn't long enough or hard enough to work up a real sweat; even as a beginner I found it quite easy. The toning section is much better though. Buy it if you don't want a high impact aerobic workout and don't mind the eighties music.

I tried this when a friend lent it to me. I had never done an exercise dvd before so i wanted to try one out before I bought any.
I found this one quite easy to pick up but I'm sure there are better ones out there.
The aerobic section is not nearly long enough, and is not really that energetic.
Beverley doesnt cue very well also, so the people in the vid have done about 3 moves before you get what you are supposed to be doing, and get organised into doing it.
You will need some weights and an exercise mat too, which it doesnt tell you that you need on the box. I used a couple of tins of beans as weights though the first time!
The mat work is really gruelling though, really puts you to work.

My sister bought this in video format about 8 years ago and I've had to buy the DVD because we wore it out!! At first it looks rather 'cheesy' and the aerobic section seems a bit tame, BUT, the toning exercises are a killer and if you do the video at least once a week you really do start to see a marked change in your body shape. The movements are easy to follow and you are given an easier alternative if you find the moves too hard. It helped me lose a stone this summer. Have just bought the ultimate results DVD to see if the shorter exercises match up. Would recommend this workout to anybody.
