As the previous reviewers have stated the music comes from the classic Crue era - there are very few, if any, bands who have produced music this good. However, this may seem pedantic, but I find the cover & title of this collection in extremely bad taste. Vince Neil, while full of alcohol, crashed his car killing Razzle ( Hanoi Rocks drummer )and he subsequently was prosecuted for the offence. The band, Hanoi Rocks not Crue, were on the verge of mega stardom in the US - it was felt that Guns N Roses filled the gap left by them and gained the status that they were due. The title trivialises this event - even worse shows no remorse for the death of a friend.

Well, I guess like me, most LOYAL Cruesters Have all bought the U.S. Re issues.....But, To Get the original Leathur release on cd is something i didnt expect to see, or own.....on cd!. This lil' minx of a 4 cd set is, nothing short of Awesome. Loud as Fxxk was good, and this badly timed BETTER version, And When i say better ......Big Cash in Here!....!!!!! ( why release loud as FxxK) When The Crue, Obviously knew that Music to.....was on the cards and The greatest hits DVD too!!!!!! .
BUT, in said and done , Its amazing The Iguana Skin Pack is something to own, just by itself.......

To start with the casing for this box set is made of artificial iguana skin; this itself is worth the money, for presentation purposes. When you open up the box there is a 59 page fully coloured booklet containing famous shots of "the crue".
This first edition of box sets (1/3) covers all of the crue's works from 1981-1987 including: The first four albums:

"Too Fast For Love" (This is also the original LEATHUR version of the disc)
"Shout At The Devil"
"Theatre Of Pain"

"Girls, Girls, Girls"

As well as these classic albums, the discs also contain demos, live recordings and alternative mixes. With each disc clocking in at over an hour, it's well worth the money if you are a fan of the crue or just want ... Read More:
