The workouts on this DVD are split into lots of little segments, each with a different instructior and the idea is that you pick and choose each segment to create your own personalised work out. I first tried watching the whole thing through to get an idea of how to structure my workout, then the next day had a go. I am reasonably fit, and didnt find the routines challenging, plus the moves are hard to follow. It is also not clear how to put the segments you want to do into a set routine and I found it off putting having to keep stopping and starting before mooving onto the next segment (each segment is no more than a few minutes). I gave up after one attempt and didnt even finish my workout. One plus point is that the CD bit contains some ... Read More:

The music on this CD is brilliant but the DVD is really rubbish. The short workouts are euro trash at its finest and the music is so low thta you need to turn your TV up to get the benefit.

Best bet is burn the CD onto your Ipod, add to your playlists and go for the burn at the gym! Incredible!

this is very good with a variety of instructors.the music is just ace and really compliments each section of workout.the choice of workout is very good and if your a clever bod you can create your own workout to suit you.you have a dance/aerobics/yoga workout dvd here and each section goes into detail what is expected of you.this is a fab dvd and i will not be getting bored with this.what ya waiting for,go,quick and purchase!!!
