Watched this film on a Princess cruise 3 years ago and loved it. It was called "Plots with a View" though rather than undertaking Betty. It's a great British Film also featuring Lee Evans. Worth a watch and easy to remove the Dutch subtitles.

While on holiday abroad, I came across this film on a foreign TV channel- I hoped it would have subtitles, but sadly it was dubbed. However, I persevered for several minutes and realised it was a extremely funny film with an excellent cast! I expected to be able to buy it on the internet or in any decent music store, but it was unavailable, + eventually I bought it from Holland (with removeable Dutch subtitles) on Ebay! This is a hilarious film, with a very different storyline, which interweaves traditional romance with black humour, + the cast are superb, especially Brenda Blethyn + Alfred Molina! I watched this film two years ago on a flight and have been looking for it ever since. It is a wonderful, exceedingly funny love story with some great characters, Alfred Molina and Brenda Blethyn are particulary good as the two main characters and star crossed lovers. A five star plus film and worth waiting for.
