I bought this mp3 a little while ago and i found straight away one problem. i found that it didn't have a radio like it said it would, and it wasn't one of the options you see in the picture. I also found it was quite annoying have to plug it into the computer and so i bought a plug. I found it had a mind of it own and sometimes it would charge off the plug and sometimes i wouldn't. It also turned itself on even when no buttons were being pressed, and so to stop this i had to put the lock button on. I would say that this mp3/4 is good, just a bit of waste of money and i would get something else!

Interestingly, some branches of Curry's have this at fifteen pounds cheaper. I switched this on and it works straight away. The controls are pretty intuitive and I just drag and drop files into the machine like an extra storage space. Something not mentioned in the guide, is that you can make separate folders inside the main music folder. I know it seems obvious, but the last player I had did not allow this, so you got a lo..o..ong list of tracks. At the Curry's price this is very good value.

As I only want a MP3 player for my music this is ideal. The ease of use, drag and drop and overall quality of sound reproduction, ergonomy and size make this a formidable challenge to the ipod. I really can't fault it.

Only piece of advice, get a good set of earphones, Sennheiser PX100, for example, especially if you're going out on the streets. Earbuds diminish the experience.

No end of problems with this item. My PC wouldn't recognise it, I tried reloading the PC software but no good. Then it froze on me, firstly when playing the pre-loaded music, then when playing the radio. I returned it and bought a Creative ZEN MP3 player instead, which is excellent.

Used this for several weeks now, tried several different headphones, and the sound is just VERY average, not impressed at all, stick to memmory cards Sandisk.

I wiil be buying a Sony walkman mp3 player to replace this one, read nothing but excellent reviews for Sony.

So take my advice, spend your money somewhere else, it will be well worth it in the end.
