This device appears to do everything you'd want from a pocket computer. Unfortunately, it does almost everything badly. Here are some of the most annoying things:

1. It is terribly unresponsive, quite often not responding for seconds after trying to run or interact with a program.
2. Keyboard buffering is rather random, so sometimes your typing gets "forgotten"
3. The screen is reasonably bright, but with the tinted flip-lid down (i.e. when you take it out of your pocket to check something quickly) in sunlight it's unreadable. Making this lid tinted is so stupid (it just means you need to increase the screen brightness which makes the battery life even worse).

I had to purchase this from another website as Amazon was out of stock. However, this little beauty comes fully loaded and is extremely user friendly. I have been using it for 4 weeks and find I cannot put it down. There are so many features (many that were not listed in the official specifications) it is well worth the money....so buy one

Although the cost may seem a little on the high side at first, this product has saved me purchases on the follwing gadgets: a mobile phone (c/w sim manager s/ware), TomTom SatNav system, MP3 player (sounds great), digital/video camera (and associated s/ware package). Do note the following for comparisons:
