Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Dissapointing to say the least.
I have now had 4 pairs of these headphones. The sound quality is very good and the battery life is exceptinal. I use my headphones for about 6-8 hours a day. They were a bit uncomfortable to start with but over time I got use to them.

The reason I have only given this product one star is that all four pairs of these headphones have snapped just above the earpiece. The first pair I bought I figured that I had sat on them or something so I bought another pair to replace them. In fact I bought 2 pairs one for my wife. Within 2 weeks one pair had broken. So I sent off for a replacement. Despite being extra careful with both pairs, they too have broken in the same place. Obviously there is a design flaw. Therefore I can not recommend ... Read More:

Great pair of head phones.

Although i did get funny looks on the train when my boss called me and it apeared i was talking to myself (but then i do that a lot!!!)

I have now been roadtesting the BH-501 headset for a couple of months. I have connected it to my Nokia E50, my Laptop and my Nokia 6120c. The quality of sound is excellent, but a bit heavy on the base. Adjusting the equaliser sorts this out. The Bluetooth connection to the E50 gives quite a low quality performance, presumably the bluetooth transmission from the phone is a low band width? The quality of sound from the Laptop and Nokia 6120c is much better, very satisfactory. The Bluetooth link is prone to interference, but this is dependant on where you are and what external sources of interference there are in your area. A very good buy for the relatively low cost. Very comfortable to wear, but can get a little heavy after an hour or so use. ... Read More:

It always strikes me as odd that in what appears to be a digital/wireless world how much we are still dependent on wires to listen to something as basic as FM radio. I was very disappointed to discover this particularly as most reviews and the Nokia website mention that one can 'listen to stereo music wirelessly..' with the phone. Indeed the phone and headset are compatible with just 2 areas - the mp3 player and the making and receiving of calls.

With that said it's a neat package and very easy to setup but it does seem a little pointless to offer a headet that only seems to do some of the job.


Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Great wireless headphones... At first sight
I just got this headset as a present. It works just perfect with my Nokia 5300. The signal is very strong and I got a perfect reception 7 meters away from the phone and in a different room.
The only reason I gave this product 4 stars is because they feel a bit heavy after some time. The longest I was wearing them so far was 30 minutes and after that time they didn't feel as comfortable as when I just put them on. But I can live with that and I hope I will get used to them.

Decided to update my review after half a year of use. They are not the most comfortable headphones I can imagine. If I wear them for a log time (and in my case it means more than 30 min) they start hurt on top of my ears.
