I saw the reviews from customers on the vax dual v and bought it since useing it ,i agree with the comments 100% my wife came home from work and was amazed at the great job the vax has done.All i can say now is dont miss this fantanstic vax.It ticks all the boxs with good water recovery and rotory brush,s also take the chance and buy the five bottles of carpet cleaner.

Vax V-124 Dual V Upright Carpet Washer
Just bought this machine while it is about half price!What a bargain! I know November is not the ideal time to clean carpets but I couldnt wait. The machine is fabulous my carpets came up so clean & when I saw what had come out ---well!!With 2 dogs you can imagine. It is easy to operate - I would just advise to go easy on the "trigger" or the carpet gets too wet. Also quite heavy & very noisy & the carpets do remain damp but guess better to use on a nice warm sunny day! I am however delighted with the machine & recommend it - cheaper than professional prices!

I DIDNT KNOW WHICH ONE TO BUY BUT I BOUGHT THE VAX 124 SO I FILLED IT I JUST WANTED TO SEE HOW IT WORKED SO I DID SOME PARTS OFF THE CARPET WITH MARKS ON THE MAKS CAME OUT I KEEPED USE ING IT UNTILL NON MORE WATER CAME UP THE CARPET WAS CLEAN TOOK THE BOTTOM CONTAINER OFF TIPED THE DIRTY WATER DOWN THE SINK WASHED IT OUT PUIT BACK READY TO USE AGAIN SO SIMPLE AND EASY TWO CONTAINERS ONE CLEAN ONE DIRTY NOT TWO CONTAINERS IN ONE A VERY GOOD VAX

Having owned a Bissell powerwash pro heat for three years and had nothing but trouble with the customer service and spare parts people I finally cracked and bought the Vax V124. Fantastic is all I can say, it is easy to use, dries the carpets better than the bissell, my lounge carpet was a good test subject as it was covered in muddy dog prints, the V124 cleans far better than my bissell ever did and uses far less cleaning fluid than the bissell making it far less costly to use especially if you have dogs and kids and are often forced to clean the carpets. We bought the V-124 after deciding that the excellent Rug Doctor hire option was too much trouble. The Vax dual-V technology which dries as you go seemed to be a great idea so we went with that even though you can buy carpet cleaners for far less. It's been used once and the carpet came up really well. The machine took out loads of dirt. Using it is hard work and we were very wary in case we broke anything. It's predominantly plastic. A great deal of thought has gone into the design. We haven't used the extension attachment but it also looks promising. Cleaning the machine afterwards was quite straightforward.
