- At their best
I can't believe how good this album is. It's still got that recognisable Offspring sound yet manages to be orignal at the same time. The only thing I don't understand and gets on my nerves is that it's not in a proper case but a flimsy bit of card instead. Still, the album itself really rocks

This album is awesome! This is one of The Offspring's best albums, up there with Americana and Ixnay On The Hombre! Half Truism is one of their best songs, nearly as good as The Kid's Aren't Alright! Buy this album!!!

I have followed the Offspring for many years and I feel Smash and Ixnay on the Hombre were their best work although I also enjoyed their earlier albums. They had so much energy and passion at that time.

It all seemed to go wrong after Americana. Where has all the power gone in their songs? Now their songs are now boring and emotionless. Looking at the reviews I thought this album would be a return to form but unfortunately not. It's just a lot of fast guitar playing for the verses and melodic singing for the chorus. They just sound like all the other pop punk bands that are around these days. I'm sure today's teens will just lap it up but the Offspring I loved are gone.

if you like the offspring you will like this album if you dont like them by now this will do little to change your mind as they are doing the same as before but with a slightly stronger brand of petrol in their tank
the pace is pretty frantic from the off only slowing to display a little more depth on the exceptional kristy are you okay? and the beautiful fix you
besides these the punk pace and attitude flow with abandon and it feels like its 1994 all over again
you get that wonderful rush that you got when you first listened to smash all those years ago yes it really is that good
if you are a fan you owe it to yourself to get this and wash the dirty taste of americana out of your mouth

Until now i thought Conspiracy of One was their best album but even after giving this just one listen i'm starting to change my mind.I was slightly disappointed with the last album (Splinter) but this soooo makes up for it.Thanks Offspring
