I've given this a low rating for the following reasons: one, the instructions are a bit of a mess. The instructions come in the form of a thick book and a separate sheet. In order to set up the printer, you have to somehow read the book and the sheet at the same time. It's unnecessarily fiddly. Why can't there be a single set of instructions? As it is, you have to keep jumping from one thing to another.

Secondly you won't be able to use this machine straight out of the box. For some reason it doesn't have a USB cable. Only when I was reading the setup instructions did I realise this, and I had to go out and buy one before I could use the printer (which I wasn't very happy about).
