Books : Change Your Life in Seven Days (Book & CD)

Rating: - Changed my Life!!!
Can't recommend this book enough. As a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, i was always a little sceptical of Paul as a therapist (due to my dislike of stage show hypnosis, although he's far more qualified and undeniably successful!). This book has not only challenged the way i think, but also allowed me to access a whole new way of looking at life in a very practical way.
Paul appears to have worked alongside Richard Bandler and condensed many of the principles into an easy to understand process. This coupled with his own research, makes for a very powerful book.
The CD is an excellent tool, using his own 'confusional' script to ensure a more succesful outcome (for those not familiar with hypnotherapy, this takes a real expert and is very powerful!)
If you've ever felt that, Paul is just for entertainment, think again! Follow the simple exercises in the book and keep practising! In a few days you'll be amazed at your new outlook on life and abilities to tailor your experiences to empower you even further! Well done Paul and thanks for the help your book has given me. Look forward to reading more!

Rating: - This Works
This really does work. It does what it says it does, it changes things! I am not sure what I expected, something concrete, magic, even a genie, but what I got was much better. Paul Mckenna does not change your life in seven days he shows you how to do it yourself, from your heart, your head and your whole being. You can be who you want to be, acheive what you wish and react to those around you as calmly and confidently as you would like too. Paul McKenna's hypnotic voice remains with you, coaxes you, comforts you, inspires you and above all it give you the formula you need to change. I bought this book for help with a phobia, not what it is for really but it helps me "send fear off into the distance on a tiny postage stamp. Thank you Paul.

Rating: - You can change your life?
My advise to you is to buy this little book. I have had the book about 3 months now and I don't know whether or not it is a coincidence but I have finally got the job I am qualified in and want to be in. On top of that I just feel happier - I really do!

Rating: - Change your life in 7 Days - Paul McKenna
A refeshingly easy book to read complete with CD. Paul McKenna clearly and concisely breaks down the principles of NLP techniques into readable chunks. The exercises suggestions at the end of each days reading are easy to understand and complete. The free CD is brilliant - I only wish I could remember the content, but nevertheless the techniques in both the book and CD work. So did it change my life in seven days? YOU BET IT HAS!!!! Just watch out world!!

Rating: - I was suicidal when ...
I bought this book in desperation last weekend and I have listened to it twice a day ever since. It's the only reason I'm still alive. I've been through a desperate time in the last couple of years, appeared to be coping, then my world seemed to start falling apart, with panic attacks, serious loss of confidence, depression and a recently ended relationship. I went away last weekend, to think seriously about ending my life, but knew I was suffering from depression and knew that if I just gave myself time, then things would probably come right. My world has not altered dramatically in the last 7 days, I'm not magically 'better', but thanks to this book and CD I am coping and at times feel optimistic about the future. I will continue to listen to this CD and read the book until my life is completely happy again ... I have nothing to lose. Paul's suggestions, both in the book and on the CD, are superb; he has a relaxing soothing voice. I highly recommend this book.
