VHS : Paul McKenna - New Hypnotherapy Series - Eliminate Stress

Rating: - Surprisingly effective - it works!
I'm always one for buying books / magazines to learn new methods of de-stressing but they always tell you the same old thing - get plenty of sleep, take time out for yourself etc etc. These methods are all well and good, but personally I give up after about one week. Paul McKenna's video offers different and very simple techniques for de-stressing which really work through practise. I was rather sceptical before watching the video but all the exercises help you to really focus your mind on not only relaxing, but positive thinking and anything else you might like to focus on. It's so easy and the techniqes can be used throughout the day - you don't have to take the time out to have a relaxing hot bath every 5 minutes!

The trance section was unbelievably relaxing - you might be dubious about the whole thing, as I was, but it really does work and you find yourself floating off into another world.

I would highly recommend this video - I am going to buy some of the others in Paul McKenna's series.

If this new tape is similar to Paul McKenna's 'old' version of Stress Free, the tape is absolutely hypnotic, trancing, relaxing and out of this world! Paul McKenna uses hypnosis to put you into a trance (which you are fully in control of) and as he talks and puts relaxing suggestions into your mind, you are taken through a fantastic wonderful series of relaxing beautiful scenery pictures with subliminal messages as well on screen (if you can keep your eyes open long enough that is!).

You have to use it consecutively for a few days for it to take proper effect and then you can use it on and off as and when desired.

A definite must buy! Awesome!
