The Treble. A brilliant DVD packed with all the goals and all the games from the best season for Manchester United. A great programme to watch and features which allow you too see goals, in that season, from a player of your choice. Get to watch how Sheringham and Solskjear won Man United the European Cup with their last minute goals. Or, get to witness probably one of the greatest goals of all time scored one Manchester United's best ever players, Ryan Giggs. This is a DVD that every Manchester United fan should have.

The finest feast of football it is possible to get on one DVD. The sound is boring stereo, the pictures are just normal TV quality, but the content!! One touch of a menu button gives you instant access to the crown jewels of United history: "Vieira's given it away - now Giggs....still Giggs....he's got past Keown....AND STILL GIGGS! UNBELIEVABLE GOAL" or perhaps "Sheringham....and SOLSKJAER HAS WON IT!!" Heart stopping stuff, as any fan will remember.

Skip effortlessly through the greatest footballing achievement in English history by game, goal, scorer, tournament, or just sit back for an hour and a half and watch the greatest season by the greatest team ever to grace European club football unfold blow by blow, with a suitably cheesy commentary by Granada Sport's finest, Rob McCaffrey.Yes, its a shameless piece of typically United merchandise, but in my house it'll get a lot more use than the myriad scarves, mugs, posters and programmes I've wasted my money on over the years. Although my Treble video has gathered dust for a couple of years, this DVD comes out at family gatherings, curry nights etc ad infinitum and probably will for years to come.

Rating: - The Best Way to Watch Football History
Ladies and Gentleman. If you have not yet brought yourself a football year review on DVD yet, then you have been missing out on a great way to watch replay football action.

With DVD technolgy you are able to jump to see the highlights of the match that you want to see. Beats Fast Forward and Rewind on a VHS. What about the freeze frame? Well you can replay that moment time and time again. Or how about the last few minutes of extra time in the Final for the UEFA Championship? Again you can re-live it.

Rating: - Totally flexible. Wonderfully entertaining.
Whereas on the video you have to either watch over 2 hours before you get to "that goal", with the DVD version you can watch it over and over again and it only takes seconds to find. The DVD is absolutely brilliant as you can search by tournament to watch your favourite moments from what was defintitely the most amazing season in the Reds illustrious history. This is a must for any United fan witha DVD facility.

OK must concede that this disk is not as high quality as it could have been. But the content makes up for it, IMHO.
