Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - The Croc Is On The Loose!!
With these weird looking Crocodile Shoes, which have been out recently, there is only one thing that they really remind me of. And it's the game Croc game which I have for the Playstation 1.

At first, you think that Croc is an ugly looking creature because of the looks on the Box Cover. But in reality, what you see on the box is different towards the game as Croc is slightly more lighter in a green colour, cute looking and almost has a match towards the video game character "Yoshi"!

One day a baby carriage was dropped on a mysterious island, home to the Gobbos. When the King of the Gobbos peered inside the carriage, he noticed a baby Crocodile. Trusting the Crocodile he decided to raise it to become one of Gobbos. Many years past and Croc grew bigger and stronger in size.
One day while the Gobbos were wondering around an evil villain named Baron Dante appeared out of nowhere and forced his henchmen to kidnap all of the Gobbos. The King didn't want Baron to take Croc, so he calls on the gong for the Bird to teleport Croc. Unfortunately the King gets taken by Baron and is held at Baron's Castle! It's now up to Croc to rescue all the Gobbos and defeat Baron Dante!

Croc: Legend Of The Gobbos takes it's game play like as if you were playing Crash Bandicoot, or Super Mario 64. Your goal of the game is to travel through over 4 Worlds each supplying more than 8 Levels and rescue all Gobbos, which lie in each level. The controls for the game are very simple as you mostly rely on the D-Pad or Joysticks to move Croc around and the X button to Jump and the Square button for a Tail Spin. You can also use a stomp by pressing X twice to crush enemies and take out boxes and obstacles that lay your path. There are four worlds, which lie in your quest. These include the Grass World, The Ice World, The Desert World and Bante's Castle. A secret world waits, but only one can access this world once all the Gobbos are rescued!

Croc: Legend Of The Gobbos is a fairly good game and is recommend for players among young ages, preferably children. I found the game quite acceptable in my terms, but as you progress through the game, it gets much harder to complete. The game, however, has a fairly outstanding music soundtrack worth listening to.

My Personal Game Score: 7/10: On The Ball, Down-But Not Out, OK

My Wish: I would like to see a Croc game such as Croc 3 released for the Playstation 2 or the PC!

Final Comments: Unfortunately, this is probably one of only a few games you will get to see Croc, as the company that have made Croc: Legend Of The Gobbos have departed and are now not interested in making games anymore. However, when I do see somebody wearing Crocodile Shoes, it does remind me about Croc: Legend Of The Gobbos!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - WOW!
I have had this game since it first came out, and am nearly 15 now, and still love it! I have almost finished the game a third time now, but still enjoy playing it. Croc is a very cute little crocodile, and the gobbos are even more gorgeous. A great game for adults and kids alike, the graphics are good, and it's very original!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Sure he's adorable but is it worth it?
Croc is one of the cutest playstaion charcters yet but the game controls are really hard! Most sound effects are cute like the little words he says when he jumps etc. However the price is right! I suggest you buy this and if you like it a bit but want something different....I think you should buy Spyro the dragon 1. Save up and buy Spyro 2 and then the new Spryo 3 Year of the Dragon! You'll be very satisfied with all 4 games!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - THE BEST
croc is an adorable crocadile adopted by these things called gobbos. life is good for a while untill this massive evil guy called baron dante comes along and spoils the fun, capturing everybody.croc, being the only one saved, has to rescue these gobbos by going through lava, water, ice, and finnaly, the barons own castle. brilliant 3d affects and mind-blowing secret levels, it even has its own secret island! 3 out of 5,frustratingly adorable?!if i could, id give this game 6 out of 5!!!
