this film is a truly out-standing masterpiece in its own right.
We hear so many times how our female population is underminded by males and this film shows just that.That is until jennifer lopez desides its pay back time to her cheating partner.
Filled with intense edge of the seat scenes it makes you realy think diffrently towards females and gets you shouting at the t.v.*go on girl-give him hell as jennifer beats him to a pulp of an inch of his life.

Dont get me wrong,she takes enough beatings from him,but enough is enough and she repays him big time.Hense the film title *enough*
This is a must watch film and highly recommended.
It may be some five years old,but by golly! its about time the female population said enough is enough and jennifer lopez is the ideal woman to start this stand up and be counted campaine...Hooray to our females....

Rating: - Fantastic
I will be honest..I hate J-Lo. Particularly as a 'singer'.

This film was on late night telly once as I was nodding off. But it had me gripped from the beginning, and in tears at the end. Congrats to both Jlo and the director for portraying this situation so realistically. Very few films move me the way this did.

Rating: - A great find!
To be honest, i can't even remember why i bought this film but i'm definately glad i did! I'm generally a fan of Jennifer Lopez as she's put out some good music, however, before 'Enough' i hadn't bothered with her as an actress due to being under the impression that all her films were basic romantic comedies! BUT then i stumbled upon this!
Although at the very start of the film you may be drawn into thinking this is another slushy love story - it suddenly takes a simple, yet clever and dramatic change in direction when it moves into a story based around issues surrounding 'violence in the home' and 'child custody'!
The story begins when Slim, a single waitress (played by Lopez) falls for a seemingly perfect catch - the charming Mitch! They soon marry and all is well, until a few years after the birth of their daughter when Slim finds Mitch in bed with another woman! From that moment she discovers his dark and aggressive side which he begins to use on her! Slim decides to run to escape her terrifying situation so takes her daughter and goes to find her long-lost father! With his support she finds a martial arts expert from whom she learns how to fight and defend herself! By changing her name and appearance she finds herself constantly on the run from Mitch, until she decides its time for her to fight back!
This is a great film and i would recommend people forget what you would expect a Jennifer Lopez film to be like (if you would be expecting it to be a bore) and go and find this as its a fast-moving and interesting movie!

Rating: - Its a modern Sleeping with the Enemy
Jennifer Lopez plays a waitress called Slim, who falls for a man who seems wonderful, but once she is married and a child is involved, he changes and has been cheating on her. Her world falls apart and it would for any female. After advice and help from her friends, Slim finds herself on the run, as that is the only thing she can do to get away. She builds up a friendship with her long lost father and he helps her out. In the end, she kills her husband as he causes some much pain that his life is not worth living any more and thats the only way to get the man awhilr from their daughter.

Rating: - Jennifer couldn't have played it better!!!
Many people hate to hear the words "J-LO" and "FILM" in the same sentence but this film proves that Ms Lopez can act just as well as she can sing and market her products!!!

Slim is a small town girl who suddenly meets Mr Right. In the heat of the moment they get married, buy the perfect house and have a baby. But when life seems to be getting too perfect she discovers her husband has been having an affair and when he discovers she knows he tells her to just deal with it because he's a man! After a while she refuses to take it so he starts hitting her and with some advice from her friends she realizes she has to take her child and leave but her husband won't let her get away that easily. He sends his guys after her who will go to any lengths to get Slim and the child back including murder. This forces Slim to realize the only way to get rid of her husband for good is to kill him before he kills her.

Jennifer Lopez really portrays the harsh reality of this situation many women throughout the world face. One reviewer said before that he would just leave and doesn't understand why all women who are abused don't just do that. Yeah well it's a lot easier for you guys to get up and leave but for us this is the harsh reality. Sometimes a guy will let you go but many won't accept you leaving them because they get use to you looking after them. I have never been in Slim's position but I was in her child's position when I was a teenager. My dad was identical to the husband and my mum was identical to Slim and believe me there were times when I was sure he'd beaten her to death but she managed to get back up and protect me. Luckily he's now in jail.

A great film which appeals to everyone. Maybe some men will identify with Slim's problems? After all I read the other day that the police don't take gay couples seriously, because most cops are homophobic idiots, but a lot of men run to them because they're boyfriends are beating them up as well! And I hope some of the beaters are watching this because if it comes between choosing our own life between yours then it looks like we'll all be pulling a 'J-Lo' on that one!
