I cursed these as a waste of money....until I fitted the right size rubbers and pushed the 'phones right into my ears. Frightening man, frightening! Buy these! Now!

Rating: - Excellent earphones
I bought my first pair of these a year ago and just had to order a replacement. I have never had earphones last me more than three months so I am really impressed with these. The sound quality is superb, noise reduction works really well so you can turn your mp3 player right down and still hear everything. I would highly recommend these. I bought my first pair while they were £17 on amazon and was pleasantly surprised to find them reduced.

Rating: - Incredible Headphones, BUT...
I have had two sets of these now, and the same thing has happened twice - the wire connecting to the jack has gone, and then it does the highly frustrating hear-in-one-ear-or-the-other game. The sound quality is faultless, the bass is SO clear. However, if you're a student using them constantly to replace the sound of the bunch of idiots you have to share a school with every day, then unfortunately, they will break after a month or so of use. It could just be me - I'm not known as the most careful person in the world, but the same thing has happened twice to me.
If you're careful, they're the best headphones you can get.

Rating: - Utterly wonderful earphones
I primarily listen to spoken-word radio and recordings whilst commuting, for which I find these earphones perfect. On the bus they provide great audio reproduction whilst managing to block-out the majority of conversation, mobile phones and all air conditioning noise. Engine, drivetrain and brake noises still penetrate but they are greatly attenuated.

In the office the earphones block all but the most vociferous conversations and again completely eliminate the air conditioning. Sometimes I wear the phones as earplugs, without audio input, just to suppress the noise. When tightly-fitted they can even render my desk telephone inaudible.

I tend to change between the medium and large silicon cones every couple of weeks as comfort dictates. I find a better fit by inserting the phones at a slight fore-aft angle.

I would have expected to pay five times this price for this level of performance!
