Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Welcome back to Liberty
GTA VI is a benchmark title. The game oozes genuine style and quality in every aspect of its World. When I play this game I realise that I am involved in an experience that is truly worthy of the tag 'NEXT GEN'. Its the best £40 I have ever spent on a game. Because lets face it...you only have to meet the characters, listen to the dialogue and then it all becomes clear that its not only a game its a rich movie experience that just happens to put a few Hollywood guys to shame.
Christ!! I think I'm addicted but that doesnt matter...just as long as I dont forget to pick Little Jacob up for a few drinks and take Roman to the strip club...so much to do....so little time.
Buy this game. Get rid of your loved ones. Lock your doors and get your asses into Liberty.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Game!
Having owned both the PS3 and 360 versions my final choice lies with the PS3. Fist of all i think that Sony's controller suits GTA better, especially for the driving. The 360 version does suffer from a slight framerate issue and the odd pop-in as well as slower loading times. But to be honest which ever console you own this game on you'll have a fantastic experiance playing it. The physics in the game are great, the graphics are stunning, Liberty City has never looked better on a console. The story line is absolutley great, possibly the best story line in any GTA game to date. There are loads of new features in the game and things to do, e.g. bowling, snooker, internet, new cover system and you can intereact with almost any object within the game. Overall it is deffinatley the game worth owning a PS3 for. Online play is fantastic, Rockstar have done a really good job with the online modes and online service.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Not for fans of San Andreas
Okay lets start with the posetives, some of the animations are improved from previous GTA games and we have a new storyline and characters. Rockstar have given everything that they promised but is that enough? no because so much is lost which was in San Andreas.
Firsty you earn money for doing jobs, however there is nothing but weapons to spend your cash on. This means no assets, no businesses, no personal airport and no buildings to spend your money on, which makes getting paid pointless. I got 200,000 for one mission which is silly when all I can buy is 10,000 pound gun.
Secondly the envirionments are rather grey and dont have the desert, forest, wilderness, farmland and all the other cool areas of San Andreas.
Thirdly there are no canes, golf clubs, katanas and other milli weapons anymore, and you can no longer preform stealth kills as in San Andreas.
Fourthly repeatitive vehicles and no planes, tanks, jets, harriers, combines, tractors and another 30 or so other vehicles missing from San Andreas.
Fifthly you can no longer dive whilst underwater, or change your physic, and nor can you develope weapon skills.
Those are the things that are missing and although Rockstar never said that these things would be in it, this means that for those of us that loved San Andreas this is not the game for us.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Grand Theft Auto IV
I'm not going to go into too much depth with this review as I imagine within a few weeks this'll be just one of about 300 reviews on here for the new GTA. What I am going to say is that this game is great. And it is BIG! The city (which is closely based upon New York City) is absolutely massive with so much stuff to do while you are not doing the main missions, such as bowling, darts, pool, arcade games, as well as all the usual driving and exploring. You'll also go on dates, work for a taxi firm and do some dirty work for the local mobsters.

When I first started playing this I wasn't too impressed with it, maybe it was just too hyped and I had my expectations set a little high, but now that I've had a good 15 or so hours on it I've "settled in" to Liberty City and and absolutely loving this videogame nasty even more than I did with all of the previous GTA outings. The controls, although not been changed as much as I'd of liked, are great on the PS3 with most of the mini-games that can be used with the SixAxis settings. Driving takes a little while to get used to but once you get the hang of it you'll be racing around the city at top speeds in the best cars knocking pedestrians out of the way and getting away from the pursuits of the police.

Great gameplay, awesome graphics, amazing soundtrack and decent controls make this is without a doubt one of the best games on the PS3 so far and is going to take a lot for a game to better it.
