Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Brain Train Game Puts Others To Shame
I was a little dubious about this game when I first heard about it, and it has taken me quite some time to actually taking the plunge and purchasing it, but I am glad I did - this game is excellent.
The game rather helpfully guides you through each type of test, with clear instructions, and rewards you with extra games (or sometimes harder versions of games) as you progress and improve. There are lots of little bonuses and rewards to gain, so you find yourself returning back every day to earn your rewards.
The sudoku game is excellent and worth the price of the game on it's own.
I have tried this out on my younger brother (who now wants to buy a DS just to play this game), my mum (who is in her sixties), and my wife (who is a computer game cynic), and all have found it easy to use and great fun.
Only slight annoyance is with the Stroop Test - in this test you call out the colour of words. The system does not really like female and child voices, and sometimes male voices, and you find yourself using expletives which you should not really be shouting out in your living room!
Great fun and a definite 'must buy' for any DS owner. Enjoy it.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Really good
I got this a few weeks back and can honestly say I never thought Id enjoy doing sums and stuff but I really do. Its fun to try and beat your own scores and make new records. The suduko bit is great aswell (I only learnt suduko when I got this, have never bothered before). The only annoying bit is that sometimes the microphone doesnt pick your voice up properly in the bit where you have to say the colours of the words- this lead to my brain age being about 53!!!

Apart from that though, its really good. And I have speeded up loads in answering the sums since I got it. You get to draw pictures aswell which is quite fun.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - AAAAAH!! I didn't expect this to be good!
I bought this because my wife wanted it, I thought it was going to be naff.

I had a go at the brain training and got addicted from there!

The science behind this is solid (but the survey to work out your brain age is poor - only 120 people) and it's great to know that a day a play (as it were) can help me keep a healthy brain.

I am left handed and this game orientates itself depending on whether you're left or right handed (so that us lefties aren't at a disadvantage).

The Dr Kawashima on screen is pretty nifty too - he has a laugh and adds an extra dimension, and some cohesion to what otherwise would just be stand-alone mini-games. If you say "glasses" as the beginning when he first appears he wiggles his glasses, I don't know why - but I find it really funny!

The games are so addictive and quite quick. The Sudoku is the best electronic version I've played, I'm well impressed. This will easily form part of my daily routine, and I can play a game with the excuse that I'm exercising my mind!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Brilliant Brain Training
We think brain training is a lot of fun! You get new things to do after so many stamps and they make it a bit different every day. Everyone in the family does it every day, whether our brain ages gets better or worse.
In our opinion it's probably the best thing we have on nintendo at the moment!
Recommended!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Worth every penny
I had this for Christmas and it is so addictive. My auntie, who is almost 70, bought one several months ago to keep her mind active and swears by it.
I agree with some of comments about 'it' not able to understand certain words and also my writing HOWEVER there are so many other activities to do on it. My 6 yr old son now knows how to do a Sudoku quiz and my 4 yr old also can also use it. If you are left handed (as two of my family member are) you can easily set it up to use.
I found it very easy to use and have used it every day and have noticed a large improvement. Worth every penny !!!
