This is a great cleaner, no more sneezing or blocked up nose thanks to the washable HEPA filter (with an extra supplied as spare). The vacuum head isn't quite of a low enough profile to get underneath cupboards without swapping for another attachment, but this is a minor gripe. The slinky stretchable stair hose is a great idea and the amount of fine dust this cleaner picks up is amazing. The fuse needed re-seating in the moulded plug as the connections had somehow worked it loose, but after that everything worked fine.

Rating: - Best thing i ever bought!!!
I previously had a bagless vacuum cleaner, but it was quite old fashioned, didn't work very well, and I couldn't wash the filter.

I finally decided the time had come for a new one, so i picked this one, on the strength of the the reviews, and the fact that it looked nice. I certainly wasn't disappointed! How wonderful to be able to do my stairs from the bottom, and not to have to lug the cleaner all the way to the top. The suction was excellent, i was amazed at how much it picked up just in my small downstairs bathroom, made me realise what a poor performer my other cleaner was.

I love the handy emptying button, no more dust flying everywhere when i want to empty!
I was pleased with the performance on my carpets and wood floors alike, picked up dust and dirt i didn't even know was there, and made short work of the cat hair on the hall carpet.

Definitely the best thing i ever bought, and for the fraction of the price of the Dyson Baby, which was on my list, but too expensive.
if any of my friends need a new vacuum, i'll send them in the direction of this one. In fact, i'd lend it to them just to show them how good it was, and tell them to go buy one!!!

Rating: - good hoover
A very large hoover and very heavy and seems to be quite loud. It does have great suction however and spare wooden floor part and stairs part which are very useful.

Rating: - Better than the rest
I wanted a vac that could clean the stairs. This has an extra long hose that allows you to do so. The power lead is very long and I can clean the whole downstairs (and up the stairs) without having to use another socket. It is very easy to empty, with a filter cleaning procedure that is genius.

Not normally one to leave reviews, but as this product was so good i felt i had to!
Bought this hoover today and was really impressed with how well it cleaned.
Dont think you can do better for your money!
