Rating: - A whole new dimension
I am far from a Console addict, this is my first purchase as a console as I have to say, it takes it to a whole new dimension. You interact with the game, you aren't sat down twiddling thumbs you are up and moving. Wii sports is great and the addition of the nunchuk just adds.

This additional nunchuk is so I can play 2 player against my family and friends.

Rating: - The Best Analog Controller ever?
I've used the analogue controllers on the N64, Gamecube, Dreamcast, PS2 and X-Box, but none beat this for sensitivity and controllability.

The PS2 controller is pretty much on-off - more digital than analogue. The others are quite good, but this is better.

Add in the accelerometer feature (you can shake the controller in any direction) and it just gets better.

It's also comfortable in use, though it could do with being a bit thicker. Once you have used the combination of wand and nun-chuck, all other controllers seem to be cramped and nearly unusable. The only problem is availability.

Rating: - Not essential for all games, however when used is excellent!
This controller isn't used for all games, and one is supplied free with console, but a second is an excellent purcahse for multiplayer gmes such as Boxing on Wii sports. The built in accellerator doo-dah allows both hands to be used as fists.

I'm sure the applications will grow along with the console

Rating: - One word AWESOME
When I first saw this I have to admit I was a bit worried however the more I read about it the more I fell in love with the idea of motion sensative controls.
The first time I played my Wii I have to admit I sucked and for an avid gamer and games tester to admit thats pretty hard however after about 20 mins of playng it just clicked and I was away blasting badguys in Red Steel left right and centre.
I have to say with this new control syste, Sony and their PS3 are in big trouble....ha ha ha...sorry Sony Fanboys...
