Video Games : Wii Fit (Wii)

Rating: - Watch the young ones!!
This is a fantastic games idea that is really let down by the fact that it uses BMI to work out what fitness level you are at. This is not accurate on Children and it promplty told my 10 year old daughter that she was obese!! - Not the type of message that young impressionable girls (and boys for that matter) should be getting. (Just for the record, my daughter isn't even slightly overweight for her height)

It is a real shame that it has no way of changing the phrasing for people under a certain age, as after all the whole point of this game is to encourage people who need it to exercise. In my opinion it spoils what could be a fantastic game.

Rating: - RIP OFF AT AMAZON!
You should not pay more than £80 for a Wii Fit. According to my screen it is over £100! Is it just that Amazon are targeting me or are they ripping off everyone just because this is a popular product?! Check out Zavvi or Game stores.

Rating: - Tired of going to the gym? GET THIS NOW
This is one of the best wii games ever. It features 4 sections, Yoga, Muscle Workouts, Aerobic Exercises and Balance Games. My favourites are the Ski Jump and the Jogging. If you want to get fit, but don't want to go to the gym, then buy this now, you won't regret it.

Rating: - Quite good
I purchased my wii fit the day it come out and at first was hooked (actually couldn't sleep that night waiting to play again!) As you do more activities more are unlocked. However once I had unlocked all of the games I became quite tired of them and longed for something diffrent for example in brain training for the DS it takes ages to unlock new games which I was expecting the wii fit to be like.

I think it is a good game but I am awaiting a new game for the balance board!
