Rating: - Good but what do you want to use it for?
Quality of the compoents seems good, the kit contains 15m large supply pipe, 10m small pipe for drippers, 5 large pipe stakes (not enough!) and 10 small stakes, 20 drippers, the timer, a pressure compensator, a few connections and wall mounts (not enough). So it's a basic kit to get started. If you wanted to water 20 plants on a patio etc there is enough in the kit to do that but for borders you will need to buy additional pieces. I've used micro sprinklers everywhere (not included in the kit) which work well for a border and hanging baskets - note you can't really use some sprinklers and some drippers since sprinklers put out much more water than the drippers so need to run for much less time. Using sprinklers for hanging baskets/post and turning them down (so the water goes in the pot) works well though. To water two borders I've ordered another £50 of sprinklers/pipe to give an idea of cost but that should be enough to do 6 hanging baskets as well. Finally note that only the 90 degree and 180 degrees sprinklers water evenly around the area - the 360 degree (circle) srpinklers and also rotating type only water at the edge of the circle (not nuch use then) - use two 90 degree ones instead. When it's done it will make a nice whole garden watering system.
