Toys : In the Night Garden Igglepiggle 10" Bike

My daughter got this today for her 2nd birthday and she loves it.

It wasn't too difficult to assemble, but once together you realise that the build quality isn't quite as good as it could be.

The "In the Night Garden" stickers are half peeled off, they are made of thick plastic and won't be coaxed into re-sticking to the bike. The tyres are made of a thick rubberised plastic and feel quite soft, it's evident that they won't take years of use on hard surfaces such as pavements.

I don't want to sound too negative about this product - it isn't bad, it's just not going to last too long. It's a perfect example of toy which is built to last only for the duration it is useful for for your child, you shouldn't expect any younger siblings to inherit it once the elder one grows out of it!

But it's bright, it's blue, it's got Iggle Piggle on it and my daughter will enjoy it.
