Callanetics is designed to be done slowly, with very small increments of movement, which make this method good for people of all ages, and at any level of athletic ability.
This tape claims to: "Make legs tighter and longer looking/Eliminate sagging knees/Tighten gooshy, sagging skin/Create beautiful, shapely legs".
There's a lot of stretching in this particular "Quick Callanetics" tape, and like all of these workouts, one is instructed to "work at one's own pace".
The production is simple, with 3 students demonstrating along with Callan, who's lovely, musical voice is a big plus in making her videos enjoyable.
