This is an excellent value box set (£15 for the two DVDs that are usually £13 each). Davina works with her two personal trainers , one of whom is big, bald and muscly, and the other of whom looks a little like a hamster with a squint (sorry but you are a great personal trainer if that's any consolation!) The conversation between the trainers and Davina is a little distracting but gives you the idea that they do actually know each other (unlike some celebrity DVDs where the celeb doesn't know "their" trainer from Adam) and you can turn the conversation off on the 30 minute DVD and just have the music instead.
