There are many so-called wine books, listing endless wines and wine labels, but there is only on book I know where the author has actually visited the vineyards to appraise the wines and then provide a recommendation. This is that book.
Whilst you may think the book is out of date (being over ten years old) it is actually as useful today as it was when it was first written.
Vineyards very rarely change hands. The best vineyards are virtually the same now as they were many decades ago, let alone only 10 years ago.
