I was given this book a few months ago for my 20mth old grandson Noah. He visits regularly and this is the only book he looks at (anything up to twenty times a visit). He chats away to the boys, pretends to feed them and shares his toys with them. Although not using his potty yet, I'm sure this will come soon.

My daughter loves this book. I guess it's because the little girl in the book sits her teddy on the potty and shows teddy what to do. As my daughter is very attached to her own teddy this is a real hit with her. I always find the book open on the page where there's a picture of three little girls and teddy sitting on different potties, obviously her favourite bit. Although it has not helped speed up the training process it does help to convince her to at least try sitting on the potty.

'Big Boys Use the Potty!' is a great way of encouraging younger kids to advance their skills early on. It was extremely effective for training Crispin, despite a temporary setback- when he was awoken by the sound of his drunken father returning from the 'Swan and Anchor'. It seems that he went back to bed that night with the belief that 'big boys use the kitchen sink'...

101 tips, yes. Pictures unclear. Often refers to terms unfamiliar to someone new to sewing. some tips are about choosing the right type of something, it'll list 4 or 5, but only give an explanation of 2, so you're left wandering what the others are. I'll probably refer to it at some point, but I wish I'd picked a different 'basic sewing' guide.

I love the stickers, they are so sweet, and I think that everyone who loves the princess should have this stickersbook! Wonderful for those children who already speak the language and a truly fantastic tool for parents/teachers who wish to help their little ones build a vocabulary in English. The photographs are clear, crisp, and bright -- children love them. Highly recommended.

The title of the book says it all really. The book gives both the beginner and the more accomplished cacti hobbyist one hundred and one ways to keep your cacti looking healthy and if they are healthy they will flower for you. Everything from when to water, what to feed them on, whether certain genus like sun or shade. How warm should they be kept in winter. The list is endless. Well no it isn't really it is one hundred and one tips long, but that is more than enough to keep both you and your cacti happy. Terry Hewitt has written a number of cacti books and been involved in the publication of many others. He has a vast knowledge to impart to the interested reader.
