In particular this book shows how dominant mind-sets determine the way in which people conceive problems and articluate solutions. Without such deep understanding and mastering the language that explains what is really going off in practice then we are all doomed to managerially naive approaches to change beloved of so many H.R. and MBA courses. I would earnestly recommend this book to any masters student.
