This book doesn't exactly do what it says on the cover, but is more a discussion of the possibilities, evidence and reasons that exist for an extra-terrestrial presence on earth.
As with all books like this you have to approach it with an open mind, but I found some of the subjects fascinating. The author not only covers a huge amount of different topics (from human evolutions to visitations and mutilations through to Government knowledge and interaction), but manages to provide strong and compelling evidence for each subject.

Hi, i have just finished reading this, and enjoyed it to a certain degree. Its starts out well, with good critique of the official version of events. About half way through though it gets really bogged down (i feel!) in too much detail regarding the FBI, CIA, and who has links to which secret organisation (which dont seem to be very well kept secrets!). Whilst the author deals with interesting questions eg. were the buildings brought down by explosives, were the planes remotely controlled, he doesnt really delve into these questions enough for my liking. Most disappointingly, there is no great denouement where he tells you what he has come to believe is the truth. Instead, you get about 60 pages of Appendices which are not especially interesting.
