Books : Bermuda (Lonely Planet Country Guide)
Armed only with the old edition of this guide, and mounted on my trusty scooter, I managed to see more or less everything that there is to see in Bermuda over the space of ten days.

The detailed maps were particularly helpful - despite its size (tiny!), Bermuda is criss-crossed by miles and miles of roads ranging from dual carriageway to jungly lane. With the Lonely Planet guide in your hand, you can explore the island without the fear of getting helplessly lost...providing you can map-read, of course.

In terms of listing and rating the sights, the beaches, and places to eat and drink, the guide was often invaluable and never less than helpful.

Obviously Bermuda is a very compact place, so the detail in the ... Read More:

I have this book, and think it is the best of the travel books available on Denmark. However, the coverage of the country is not particularly consistent. I definately would not use this book to help me decide on a region to visit. The region I visited on my last holiday to Denmark does not get a mention in this book, except for the largest town there. You would be much better off visiting the Danish tourist info site. If you are going to Copenhagen, this book would be good, as there is very comprehensive coverage of the capital.

Books : Denmark (Lonely Planet Country Guide)
The new edition of the Lonely Planet guide is extremely useful for anyone thinking of travelling in Denmark. Just about everything you could want to know is covered, it's a small country so the book goes into detail about things outside the cities and towns such as cycling routes and festivals. Essential for anyone visiting Denmark, especially those who wish to spend some time there.

6.Lonely Planet Scandinavia and Baltic Europe on a Shoestring (Lonely Planet Scandinavian Europe) by: Graeme Cornwallis, Steve Fallon, Ned Friary, Markus Lehtipuu, Nicola Williams

Books : Copenhagen (Lonely Planet City Guides)
This book was published in June 2001, not necessarily what you would call the most up to date/definitive guide. Nonetheless, the experts at lonely planet have once again proved that they are the best in the business. The guide contains everything you need to plan and enjoy your trip. Includes a very useful section on walking tours. Although there are only 2 listed, it puts the entire city in a nutshell, with all the major attractions, a map and what to see when you get there.

The Where To Stay section was a bit of a let down though, I would recommend checking out the internet as there are plenty variety more than what was listed in the guide. Then again, its not a guide to hotels in Copenhagen, so what are you going to expect!
