Great wine guide. It's very similar to Hugh Johnson's pocket guide but with much greater detail.

Talking of Hugh Johnson, this guide suffers from the demon proof-reader too - perhaps they've all been sampling too much vino! Unless you've got a fantastic memory, Hugh Johnson's guide is probably more useful as it can easily be carried around on wine buying trips, Wine Behind TL is really too bulky for that.

Wouldn't be without it though. It's encyclopedic knowledge will help you track down the wines that you want.

Baldwin is one of Britain's least 'fashionable' twentieth century Prime Ministers, yet as Philip Williamson's book brilliantly demonstrates, he was one of the most innovative and effective political operators of the century. He can be credited not only with developing an entirely new way of communicating with the the electorate, but with reconstructing the popular base of the Conservative Party. Williamson's intelligent and measured approach draws out the different strands of Baldwin's political art and presents the reader with a vital and informative insight into this now sadly overlooked figure of British history.

Books : Enchantment's Edge (Enchantment's edge)
Brilliant! This author seems to be little known, and I don't know why. Enchantment's Edge knocks the socks off most of its rivals. Great, memorable characters, a sophisticated, complex plot that twists and turns and constantly defies the readers expectations through all three volumes, and a philosophy that keeps you thinking long after the book is finished.
I can't recommend it enough. Find it, buy it. If you like fantasy you'll love this.
