We used this map along with another Amazon book (Insight guide Iceland) to plan a two week self drive holiday in Iceland with our children ages four and five. We hired a 4WD and drove from Reyjkavik around the eastern coast on route 1, visited Myvatn, went whale watching in Husavik and returned via the Kjoler route in the interior. I can highly recommend this map for generally planning a holiday such as we undertook. If you are driving only the "golden circle" then I cannot recommend this map as it does not have enough detail. (I would buy the Amazon southwest map for the golden circle or buy a golden circle map in Iceland). We did find the map accurate in every way, just not detailed enough for daily navigation ...
