This is another brilliant book from Dan Millman and looks at a time period from the middle of his 'Peaceful warrior' book. It is easy to read and very enjoyable and leaves you feeling refreshed and with a renewed vigour to go out and change yourself and refocus you on your path in life. I have to admit it is a touch simplistic (which lovers of this book will hate me for saying!) but I do love this book and believe it is a good foundation to deeper spiritual training and an accessible book to come back to in those lighter moments. This is a great accompaniment to 'Way of the peaceful warrior', and adds to the ideas explored there. It is also good to read in it's own right. This is one to pass around and share.

this book really touched my heart. his experiences, visions and the bond with his mother gives the readers an insite into John's mind and his work. i have read all of his other books including One last time, this fourth book is a great read for any John Edward lover of all ages. im 19 and find it amazing.

Reading the other reviews you will have the idea of this book. But the case is not made. Just tot up the number of truly relevant UFO/war connections in this book and you will see what I am saying - there just aren't enough, and when they come they are rather carefully chosen. I happen to believe in a fair bit that is presented here, and even I wasn't convinced. What is worse is the book does not really rock along; it is actualliy quite hard to finish, mainly becuase you re not really convinced of each point as you go. There's better stuff out there...

When I first came across this book in the 1970's it became one of my favourite books of the period.The flip page middle section just seemed to cut to the chase and sum "everything" up.Sure it is of its time,but recently taking the book off the shelf to have a browse once again, I was struck by just how truthful and eternal it's message is.Infact over the years I have periodically dipped into it for a re-tune!The title says it all really.A classic!

This is one of, if not, the best book i have ever read. But admittedly it is only for those who are capable and interested in looking beyond the coniditioned reality, presented to us in modern day. The reason why this book is so important, is because much of its contents is coming to light as we move towards major changes in humanity, politics, science and the human race. The problem is for anyone 'stuck' in the conditioned reality, that we should be slaves to the system and spend our 90% of our lives working as slaves to multibillion pound companies, those who are so conditioned in to believing that human worth is money and materially based will not like this book. I found this too wordy and deep for a simple soul such as myself however I did as advised on the Oprah site and sat with 2 marker pens in different colours to underline that which I understood and that which I didn't. Needless to say one colour got a heck of a bashing!! I've given it 3 stars though because I did actually get some really good bits out of it which I jotted down on the spare blank pages at the back (in my own words so I would understand later) and for that it was worth reading/buying. What I am most chuffed about however is reading a review by Paul Chipperfield (lower down) recommending Cheri Huber's book which as he said is much kinder to us mere mortals and he is sooooo right!! Because of its clarity is might seem like a starter book, but having certain abilities myself which have evolved over the years, I can recognise the things Craig speaks of and have to agree with what he says and sees of spirit...and the exercises do enhance the incoming information. You won't wake yourself up over night, quick fix it is not, especially if you are starting from scratch, but steadily you will see progress and see more and learn to read the messages, translate the symbols or signs and clairaudient incoming information and improve your skills. The clarity of style suits me, no misleading mumbo jumbo, good techniques, completely understandable and it works....he says it how it is...
