this guide was very useful to find the different activities, it lists all options consisely and straight to the point, and provides a map of the place, but once there the descriptions didn't match. I warn divers to stay away from Sabah, there is not much to see, while the book on the other hand describes it like: caleidoscope of colors. The book is quite new, still it doesn't warn tourists about the growing environmental problems (not one sentence!).If you are going to Sabah, it is truly a good guide, and now that you have read this, you won't be disappointed either ;)

The book is OK but a bit short on detail in parts and some bits seem to have been written without anyone having visited the actual locations. The structure is based around tours of an area which makes identifying the overall key sights a bit of hassle, however if you are only there for a short time they do give you a good feel for the place. The info about Seville was generally quite accurate and helpful. The info about Granada, seemed to have been written by someone who had seen it on a map or read about it but had never been. Info relating to locations of the bus stops to see the main sights were incorrect and I was informed by people there in tourist infos had never been correct. Some key details re closing days, ...
