I don't know much about about NLP and find it confusing. This book is very helpful, albeit there is still much jargon to sift through. The techniques I have tried work amazingly well. It is a lot to learn but I'm going back through material as I want to use it for myself and for others. This book is the best I have come across on this complicated but very interesting subject.

I for one loved this book and it gives a very clear insight into what is needed to convict these scum that are in our and everyones society, I for one thank people like Paul Britton and am Glad he is there.

In reference to Stagg, yes it is regrettable that an innocent man went to jail but even a layperson can see the how he could be the killer. Britton gives advice to the court if the Judge or jury agrees than that is that. If I was on the Jury I would of convicted him but does that make Britton a fraud? No of course not.

In this line of work wrong assumptions are always the danger but look how much he did get right. These people need help and taking off the street and I would add Stagg to that. Look what he did in that ... Read More:

This is one of the recommended texts for the certificate in counselling skills, which I am taking. It is very easy to read, and has some great examples, as well as bringing up some challenging issues for would be counsellors to help them to determine whether counselling would be for them. Perhaps some of the examples are a little extreme, but it does provide wonderful food for thought. Structurally, it follows and describes the person-centred approach one step at a time, and is therefore a good textbook for a course. If you are thinking about person centred counselling as a training or career option, this would be a good way to introduce yourself to the topic.

First I'd like to say this is a very hard books to read. Huxley is talking about a subject which is outside of our own perception; he does it with great eloquence and clarity but it may seem impenetrable for some, and certainly is no easy read, even at 100 pages.

It's eye opening, and gave me a whole new perception on religion, art, history, etc. Ultimately, it explains that visionary experience (the kind that mescalin induces), is a naturally occuring mechanism when the body is under stress that has disappeared. Read it, believe it and take the implications of that to be whatever you think it is.

I have unfortunately been the other woman and my experience was not at all like Sarah's. I was desperate to find a book that would empathise with my experience and give me guidance while I was in my heart wrenching situation. Instead, it read like a Jackie Collins novel - full of women who basically get involved with serial cheaters who spend loads of cash of them, whisk them around the world in uber posh hotels and spend umpteen holidays boinking on yachts. I'm sorry, but that is not my world. I did not get into my relationship to use men (which she highly promotes as a penance to 'punish' these bad men for cheating in the first place). I had been drawn into my situation because my partner and I fell deeply in love. According to her, this is against the 'rules'. ... Read More:

This teaches you to focus your mind on what you want in life and not on what you don't want. The idea is that when you are focused exclusively on what you want you naturally gravitate toward that goal. There is a bit of the universal energy in it all however and it literally claims you can have anything at all - but I found it very good for motivation and focusing the mind on my goals. Another book which is good for focusing the mind on future life plans is the VISION `Life Diary 2009' . 'The Key' and this daily planner will help to motivate and inspire you towards what you want in life.

It is a good book, but you need to watch the sections on learning styles. Read the LSDA reports before you base your ideas around any of the contentious stuff.
