While this cd is obviously tailored towards a stress filled society and is to be recommended for that I personally enjoy the relaxing music `tears of spring which I got from amazon.co.uk. The cd I possess have a variety of stunning sounds tailored towards the relaxation market which I can recommend anyone looking into this particular genre. If you like the feeling of floating away from your problems then this cd will do it

In my opinion this is the best book on finding ways of conducting a mutually healthy relationship. The title may not give it away, but this book is truly about maintaining self-respect and being able to spot the sneaky little hoops men try to make us jump through. I have applied some of the principles and I can say the results were staggering. I recommended it to all my female friends. It may be a little bit americanised, but that may make it even more endearing. And for God's sake hide it from THE MAN..

I found O'Connor & Lages's style to be useful and straightforward, with a continuous emphasis on practice. Very helpful for someone familiar with NLP and keen to use it in coaching. Regular reminders to avoid psychoanalysing clients and just helping them get on with their agenda proved very useful to me. Very useful book.

It was like my whole body has shut down, a psychologist I saw said that I was suffering from post trauma to losing my mum and real father that I sadly never was able to meet. I have been through a nightmare, and the days have been very dark. One of the most powerful and engaging autobiographical works from a `frontline' Christian activist I've read in a long time. It's impossible not to like Shane Claiborne, whose infectious love for Jesus and total commitment to bringing his love to all, whether North Philadelphia's poor or the bombed citizens of Iraq, is plain to see. Claiborne is someone all Christians (and others) could learn from for sheer breadth of sympathy across the Christian traditions, sense of vocation, and depth of theological understanding blended with sassy political commitment to bringing about change. A must-read.

For a start this is the type of book that is spread out too thinly. It looks like a big thick book but what with quite large print, lots of headings and space there is not really that much information. You can get through it in no time and not feel very fulfilled. Satisfaction with the content really depends on why you need to learn this sort of communication. It could be useful if you need to give bad or sad news but some situations really do require more assertive behaviour. If you were in the army for expample you could end up sounding like the John Le Mesurier character saying 'Would you mind awfully' Who would take any notice of that? If you were Alan Sugar may be you could find an alternative and kind way of saying 'You're fired!! but would it work? Would anyone ... Read More:

I didn't think I could finish this book. It really effected me that so much evil could still exist in the name of a God that despises child abuse. The three sisters were very brave to allow this book to go to print and tell the truth. The sad thing is that I believe I met some of the group on a trip to Portugal many years ago, without realising the full extent of the cult's beliefs. I can still see the face of the small little girl who was performing for us...
