When I showed the Squishy Turtle book to my little seven month old grandson for the first time his eyes widened and his little hands reached out for it rightaway. It was an instant success! He just loved the squishy noises he could make by rubbing the pages, and the bits on the pages that he could pull at. He liked the octopus tentacles and the little silver fin on another page. I liked the size and thickness of the book and the softness of the cloth pages. It is very light in weight too. This makes the book very easy for a young child to handle, and there is no worry that he/she might hurt himself/herself. This is a very good book for babies and toddlers. It has brightly coloured pictures and flaps for children to explore. I would recommend this book to anyone with young children.
