These books are a fantastic partner to the range of baby einstein videos. My daughter recognised quickly the characters. The pictures are bold and bright and grabbed her attention. The poems are catchty and engage my daughter. She has enjoyed looking for shapes in the pictures and I have pointed out the shape words in the text. A must for toddlers and parents.

I still think that the Alice in Wonderland book is the benchmark for current stock of pop-up books, but this is easily in my #2 spot. I'm not quite as enamoured of the art used here on WoZ as I was with AiW, but the quality and design is up close to the top. Very tempting to add the final star as current price £9.99 represents very good value. Not a purchase likely to be regretted.

I bought this book when we started to read my daughter her bedtime story. Now it is the nighttime ritual. She won't go to bed without it being read first and knows it off by heart. The best bit is the end - any dad who reads this to their kids and doesn't get a lump in their throats at the end isn't human! A must have book for parents with young children

This book has hit some kind of magic formula; the illustrations and the rhythm of the words has had my son (18 months) mesmerised every bedtime for weeks. Highly recommended.

Great book - I heartily endorse the other reviews. But....as my daughter loved it so much I bought other pop-up books by Kate Petty including The Amazing Pop-Up Geography Book which turned out to be the same book under a different name. Do not be taken in.

This really is a "proper" pop out book. I am a nanny and the 18 month old little girl I care for LOVES this book. There are cute little rhymes about each pop out animal, it's brightly coloured, and every page has little fish for her to point at and say "ish"! The best part by far is how huge the pop out animals are! We have a game of kissing each animal, as it comes out so far from the page, and when the crocodile page arrives she giggles and hides her dummy in it's mouth! A really lovely book generally, but an excellent book to encourage children who aren't keen on sitting still and reading.

I loved this colourful, well-presented 'lift-the-flap' book for 4 to 7 year olds. It looks at the major world religions in a balanced way showing some similarities between them and the important aspects of each one. There is a poster at the back with the main festivals of each religion. Subsequently it promotes understanding and tolerance of religion amongst little ones. This would be an excellent book in any home or classroom.

My one year old son loves this book to the point where I'm demented. NEVER have I had to read a book so often. I thought he was a bit too young for it but one of his first words was NOAH! He loves all the animals and the different members of Noah's family. The colours and shapes have made it easy for him to learn his animals. My copy is more than a bit chewed and dog eared I am sure a new copy with be required soon. I would totally recommend this book but only if you don't mind reading the same book over and over.
