This film is a funny, clever and very entertaining piece which is really made by the high quality of the acting and the excellent musical numbers. Amy Adams makes a perfect Disney princess and is supported by a super cast, each of whom makes their character believable. It's lovely from a romantic point of view but was also enjoyed by my ten year old sons who watched it a number of times (just don't tell their friends....)Highly recommended feel good fun.

When my daughter made me buy this I was dreading the idea of watching it. What could be worse that yet another annoing film about a superhero? And a dog - what kind of superhero could that be, other than lame? This just goes to show how WRONG you can be in pre-judging a movie. This movie isn't deep (why should it be), but the script is hilarious, the characters are great and the overall effect is fantastic - it's a genuinely funny movie which you will want to watch with your family over and over again. This film is worth buying just for the script!

OK let's get it straight I really enjoyed the film. The start of the film was a bit slow and confused (I really wasn't that interested to explore Charlie's predilections for nudes in spar tubs) but once the reason for the story is made known it is gripping and moves at a pace that keeps you interested and ultimately moved until the end. The great thing was showing what a few individuals can achieve in the face of international lethargy and disinterest. It was good to meet the real Charlie in the extras but why did that have to effectively have a 'Making Of ...' and then a shorter 'Meet Charlie Wilson' that has identical footage of Charlie and nothing new? Anyone who is in the mood for a relaxing evening then look no further, The Wedding Date is a heart-warming, hilariously funny and lovable chick flick. It's one that every woman out there will love and watch over and over. 4 stars, a truly enjoyable rom-com! Worth the purchase.

Not being a great fan of Adam Sandler - i was very apprehensive about watching this DVD - what a surprise , not a lugh out loud comedy , but a very well thought out light hearted romantic drama very much in the genre of the beautiful Alec Baldwin film "Prelude to a Kiss" . Gentle , understanding and warm . You'll love this one - it will captivate you the further you watch it .

only moderatly funny this has a few good laughs spread out the film which is way too long by the way.its ok but not one to go out of your way to watch

hi this dvd box set is great i just got it from the usa as its cheaper u get both parts for only £27. other than that ) it realy is a great program to watch i liked it very much and i have most of them i would put this 9/10 as it has good story lines good actors and above all just a well rounded screen play and keeps you intrested in it so you want to watch the next 1 and the next 1. chears for reading hope you have fun. p.s if you buy from the usa it will only play on multi reg dvd players and takes 10-14 days in the post.

Just one word...AMAZING.With very good acting from Tom Hanks and Leonardo DiCaprio as always. Frank Abagnale Jr.(DiCaprio) is a young con man living in America in the 1960's, who steal's over $1,000,000 from the goverment, on his trail is veteran FBI agent Carl Hanratty (Hanks) willing to go to any lengths to bring Abagnale to justice. Steven Speilberg did a great job with this film. Good Job!

I am sorry but if you dont enjoy this film you must have had a sense of humour bypass operation when you were younger. The cast is great, the story superb and the music excellent. A film you will keep coming back to when you need to put a smile on your face!!
