I love this tv show, its got to be one of the funniest shows I've seen in a long while. I can watch an episode over and over again and it never gets boring. There's some of the situation they get themselves into that I find myself laughing at long after I've watched it, pure genius.

Don't usually bother writing reviews - more than happy just to read them usually. However... First episode of the second series was one of the funniest 30 minutes of my life - where two computer nerds somehow find themselves at the theatre watching the gayest of gay musicals only for one to end up being mistaken for a disabled guy and the other to find himself working as a bartender. Has to be seen to be believed. The rest of the series was good but oh my god... that first one - genius.

The IT Crowd is a fresh take on sitcom. Most of it takes place in the basement of a large company where the IT department resides, consisting of the two uber nerds Moss and Roy and their boss Jen. I find the humor to be very broad and have something for everyone. There's Moss' and Roy's awkwardness with other people and women in particular, there' Jen having "a visit from Aunt Irma", lots of jokes on working in an office at a large company. And the list goes on. It seems that a lot of people can appreciate this show. But computer nerds should appreciate it in particular because it contains lots of small references and nods to rather nerdy computer stuff. Ok, that's enough about the actual show. ..or rather, do, because this is top quality off-the-wall Brit humour that seems to have largely slipped by unnoticed. Some excellent comedy performances from many faces that you will know (without necessarily being able to name them), in a series that actually justifies the tag 'surreal'.

"Festival" is unconvincing, plotless, unfunny, toothless and it's two hours too long. It's like it hasn't been fully written or properly directed. It makes "Sex Lives Of The Potatomen" look like a Kieslowski trilogy.

This is wonderful stuff . I feel that this film has some of the best performances ever to be witnessed in a film and I mean all of the cast . Director Mike Leigh has got the perfect performance out of each and everyone of them. I recently watched Angels in America , a TV series I was informed, was acted out perfectly , but what you got was over acting to the point of farce , I feel like sending my copy of this film to it's director and saying this is how you do it ! The acting in Vera Drake is just so believable you could be in the room with them. If you enjoy real acting you must watch this Film
