The more i watch this the less i like it , vince/fielding is a tosser and the other one is worse , naboo/fielding m. is just awful. Leave it for the 13 yr old girls and the (puke) students.

...well you know who you are. It's not great and Matt Berry is at his weakest here. Normally he can pull off anything you throw at him but this mock opera is just too poor for even him to rescue. I hate the bible as much as the next guy and applaud efforts to supplant it but this does a poor job of presenting an alternative view. If anything it will have you reaching for the "good book" as a score-keeper. Comparisons with the Springer opera are unfounded. This is neither opera or mass appeal.

I heard Bob Mortimer describe the Mighty Boosh's comedy as "joyous" and immediately realised that thats what makes it SO good. You're just watching naturally funny people on the same wavelength having a laugh, with some surreal plots and crazy costumes thrown in...and its the best comedy you'll ever see.

Before buying this UMD, I had never even heard of the Mighty Boosh. This was the first UMD I ever bought, and at such a low price, I couldn't have complained even if I didn't like it. It turned out however, that I grew to love it, watching Howard and Vince (The geezer with the fabulous hairdo) go on strange yet wonderful adventures that get them into all sorts of hilarious situations. I really did think this was a good buy, just hope they bring out Series 2 on UMD soon...

Before buying this UMD, I had never even heard of the Mighty Boosh. This was the first UMD I ever bought, and at such a low price, I couldn't have complained even if I didn't like it. I THINK I CAN CLAIM MYSELF TO BE FU'S GREATEST FAN. I HAVE READ THE 3 BOOKS MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND WATCHED THE 1ST 2 VIDEO EDITIONS OVER A 100 TIMES. BUT I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FINAL CUT. IT'S INTERESTING BUT I TRULY PREFERED BBC'S VERSION OF THE 2 1ST STORY LINES TO THE BOOK BU THE 3RD ONE, SIMPLY PROVED THAT AUTHOR IS A TRUE GENIUS. WHLE THE BOOK IS BRILLIANT, ENTERTAINING AND BREATHTAKING, THE MOVIE IS BORING AND ONLY COLOURED BY A FEW SHOUTS AND A BUNCH OF BORING SEX SCENES. I DEFINITELY EXPECTED BETTER THAN THIS, SPECIALLY THE ENDING WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL IN THE VIDEO AND BRILLIANT IN THE BOOK.
