Lester Burnham's (Spacey) life is reawaken when he meets Angela Hayes (Suvari). This 1999 Oscar winning picture is regarded as Mendes' finest and with a fine realistic styled direction it is easy to see why. Dramas can often be ruined when a can of clichés is opened but Mendes keeps a grounded direction all the way through and uses a variety of techniques to achieve the ultimate shocking effect. The first 2 american pie films were absoluteley awesome, 3 was great but was missing something that the first 2 had, 4 well should'nt really be called american pie though alright film and the same goes for naked mile. After 3 they just seemed to get pointless and lazy, and also the pointless apperance of Jim's dad in the last 2. In my opinion American Pie 2 is the best American Pie and is an awesome movie. So i suggest buy this if you see it cheap, if not buy American Pie 1,2,3 because the last 2 films are pretty pointless(but alright).

now although i admit the film is confusing if you haven't played the game it's still a great film i watched it and i hadn't played the game and i pieced together most of it aprt from the characters my advice if you haven't played the game is to ignore the plot and focus on the action aside from that it's a complex intelligent beautiful action filled film i advise to watch

I watched this film not really knowing what to expect and what I found was a story told with such beauty and sadness it made me want to watch it all over again. The story of Edie Sedgwick is one of glamour,adventure,excitement,sorrow and eventually demise. Edie (Sienna Miller) is truly a joy to watch on screen, not only is she beautiful but she is captivating and after watching the documentay of Edie Sedgiwck, the similarities in terms of looks, are uncanny. This film made me smile and cry within minutes of each other, Edie's story is one of such sadness the film makes you want to reach out and help her but knowing that its too late as the credits roll. From the back of the box i was expecting a bridget jones type of movie with emphasis on the tarts and vicars scene but i was sadly disappointed and felt like i had been ripped off with my purchase. The plot was pathetic and i was amazed that such good actors would stoop to such low scripts.

Spun [2003] This film is absolute rubbish!! A vey poor attempt at being hard hitting and funny at the same time! It comes no where near being either, my advice???? .................. Don't bother!!

"Beauty Shop" is totally satisfying light fare. I cannot imagine any female not having a good time watching this movie. Queen Latifah definitely has the acting moxie to carry this story as its star. Kevin Bacon is wonderfully fun as the gay hair guru. Get this and enjoy.

This is one of my favourite films ever! i never ever understood why there's 1 star rating's of it, i think its got a really really good story, its based on the real life domino harvey, its got great action in it, its got lafs in it, its got some romance and got a very likeable cast, keira knightley is amazing in the film, along with the rest of the cast, i strongly recomend this film to any action lover, or to any one who is reading this review and has searched for this film, you wont be dissapointed its amazing!
