I started watching this series because one advert looked amazing. So I bought the first season box set, and the first episode made me realise how great this is. So I completed my collection, and bought five of the ten books (I can't get hold of the other five), and have asked for the soundtrack on my birthday list. I am hooked. This will not be a waste of money, I can assure you.

the last season of thie great show, max is searching for his son after tess left. liz and max are back together although it very rocky. michael and maria have some tough times ahead and finally have to make a decision about their relationship. isabel finds a guy that makes her happy and gets married. but thier identities are made know to more people and after graduation the group must decide what to do with their futures. great final season and answers a lot of the questions. great ending as all the stories are tied up and you are left hanging especially the realtionship betweem liz and max, u are left with no unanswered questions

i love this series, gutted that they cancelled it. but it managed to stay around for 2 more seasons after this one due to the loyalty of the fans. based on the roswell high series of books, its the story of max and liz after he saves her life when she got shot. it turns out that max ia an alien along with his sister isabel and their friend michael, so this is the ultimate romeo and juliet story the only thing keeping them apart is the alien thing. throughout the season the aliens anonimity is threatened and they have to rely on thier human friends to save them and at the end of the season the aliens discover their destiny and liz lets max go towards his destiny.... great teen drama, love the characters, original idea!!!

its true this movie isn't for the average guy wanting to cozy on the couch on a saturday night-its more of an experimentation. Still much better than tom cruise blasting through the bleedin air! its a big mesh of idiosyncrasy and fantasy all in the disguise of a typical hollywood film! it doesnt quite work as well for me as David gordon greens fantastic all the real girls but There are moments in this film -if you're willing to invest in it- that will stay with you all your life. yep and jamie bells fantastic...again!

I strongly recommend the book written by Davida Wills Hurwin. It is much better. The movie is so shallow. Larisa and Shiri are cute, but they cannot dance. If you're interested in this DVD, PLEASE read the book!

I am a very critical viewer of particuarly thriller movies - after reading the first reviews i was a bit apprehensive - but this movie enthralled (it seems that the other reviewers prefer fantasy TV like Buffy) - the acting and casting were excellent , the human behaviour was accurate , the twists and turns & who dunnits carried on right to the end - certainly NOT obvious as the other critic said - an excellent extra final twist at the end of the movie - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! This is a little gem worth buying !!
