Guns n Rose's 'Welcome to the Videos' is a must have for all hardcore GNR fans as it is a video collection of "the most dangerous band in the world's" back catalogue from Sweet Child O' Mine to Estranged! I bought the DVD about 2 years ago and I have to say it is the most watched one in my collection. The only video in my eyes which it should have included was 'You Could Be Mine'. Almost everything else is there from when they were massive in the late 80's/early 90's!!! So buy it : You will not be disapointed. Guns n Roses produced some of the most epic expensive videos of the time and 'November Rain' still stands as one of the most expensive. People these arn't just music videos: they're theatrical masterpieces which deserve a place in your collection!!! ... Read More:

DVD : Alice Cooper - Prime Cuts [1991]
ALICE COOPER: PRIME CUTS, a comprehensive visual biography of the rock legend, would have to be the best introduction and summary on Alice Cooper that one can buy. And for fans, this single-disc US Import version (with Alice wrapped in foil with a flower in his hair on the cover) is the better one to buy over the "Special Edition" 2-DVD release's version as it has much better picture quality, being presented in its original 4:3 full-screen picture format! (but this one doesn't come with the Special Edition's 2nd DVD, which is suited for hard-core fans only)

This is a pretty cool video, and is worth getting if you are into GNR. However, I wish they could have released an earlier live gig or one from the UYI tour featuring Izzy Stradlin. Plus the Japanese guys in the crowd are way too bloody polite to move, so you get the impression it was just another gig. One from America might have been better. If you've seen the new GNR then this is well worth a comparison. At this point there was absolutely no Kung-Fu breakdancing by guys with KFC buckets on their heads. Ah well...
