One of the best drama's i've seen for a while, I have currently been hooked on "THE WIRE" which is probably the best show ever made. Damages starts slowly and the character "Ellen" played by Rose Byrne seems an unlikely heroin. But as time passes she becomes all you want from a hero in a series. Glen Close definitly steels the show with a outstanding on screen display, you can't decide wheather you love or hate her. I can't wait for Season 2 which is currently being filmed. Ted "cheers" Danson also plays a blinder as a Big Bussiness Fat Cat who although shows us how far he will go to cement his legacy he still has a concience. its senior year for the gang and there are lots of decisions to make. things are beginning to go back to what is normal for newport after the shooting at the end of season 2. but its newport beach so it aint gonna say that way for long. in between maing decisions on where to go to college the ryan/marissa rollercoaster starts back up with the usual drama but by the end of the season it comes to it resulotion. some old faces come back to stir up trouble and new ones arrive in newport to do the same. and to top off the season there is a shocking twist that leaves a mark on newport beach forever!!!

One of the better Disney movies released at the price which i got it for (£7) it was a MUST BUY i think its a great adaptation of the original story of hercules with great music and hilarious scenes worth considering!

w2elcome to the second season of the oc, where things are definitely changing but maybe not for the good. new faces arrive to stir up new adventures and some old faces depart Newport Beach for even sunnier destinations. summer has found herself a new beau zack and over the course of the season both zack and seth battle it out for her. ryan comes home and the marissa-ryan on again off again continues with the usual disaters especially when big brother trey gets out of jail and wrecks havoc in newport beach and sets his sights on marissa. more scandal, more secrets, we love it!!!!

Nancy has just moved to a mansion with her dad formerly owned by a murdered starlet of decades past, whose death is a mystery. She is starting a new school, she has a passion for solving crimes & a vocubulary better than most her age. What's good about this film is that its not just about some cute looking Disney actress who wants to be famous, its about someone who is smart & wants to be a detective; considering that the targeted audience for this film is about 5-14 years old I think her passion for knowledge & a 'normal' career, as opposed to wnating to be a singer is refreshing & sends out a good message to the young viewers. While Nancy may be a good influence, she unfortunately doesn't have the likeability factor & realativity so maybe the sub plot of liking a guy ... Read More:

Seen this at the cinema and a couple of times on TV.Bought this to try out my new KEF Kit 100 system and was not disappointed.Still makes you think how young these "men" were and a visit to the American War Cemetery at Madingley nr Cambridge only confirms this.

George Clooney freely admits that "Ocean's Twelve" was made in order to ensure that both this and "Syriana" saw the light of day. Perhaps this is a case of making a silk purse out of a sow's ear. It is heartening to see something of use coming out of that. "Good Night & Good Luck" seems, on the surface, to be a film about the witch hunts of Joseph McArthy against perceived threat of communism in America. The film traces journalist Ed Murrow's televisual campaign to discredit the committee set up to investigate this and also McArthy himself. Using newsreel footage to illustrate McArthy's interrogations highlights his approach excellently and also highlights the film's liberal tendencies, but this film isn't a critique on paranoia from invisible threats. Good movie, great acting! The movie starts so normal for an action flick but then gets more complicated as time goes on. It was the first one in 6 years that my partner guessed the ending wrong on!

This is usual action thriller with guns , explotions and a semi-decent plot. Mark Wahlberg plays an elite unit sniper who becomes involved in a conspiracy and has to work his way out and solve some issues about his personal past. The plot is really similar to Enemy of the state and perhaps the acting is not as good ,Danny Glover's character is painful to watch. The action scenes are good from the beggining to the end and shooting technique is top class ( bad boys 2 style ). Good for rental
