The main problem with this exercise DVD is Tracy Shaw herself. Sorry, Tracy, but you make a really, really irritating presenter. Not only do I get the impression that you've only just learned the routine - I'm totally not buying the idea that you've been doing this routine for weeks on end (because if you have, why are you so bad at it, huh?) - but I also think that in between each segment you've had a long lie down and your nose powdered. Is it really necessary to change outfits a bazillion times? Do you really have to say things like `how to kill me instantly!' and wave a hand in front of your face, and pout at the instructor? I want to get fit, not watch you flirt badly with the cheesy, oiled up salsa instructor! That said, this ... Read More:

Don't buy this if you don't have a dancing leg. My husband just couldn't do it. I personally love dance and love salsa. I love this workout DVD. Before ordering this one I had a VHS and wanted to upgrade myself :). This is very good cardio workout for whole body. Along with this you might have to include some weight training in your workout routine. Another thing I would Like to bring in to your notice, when I bought the DVD I ordered a NEW one but I got a used DVD. This was unacceptable as I paid for NEW. Seller returned my balance and let me keep the DVD. I recommend this DVD but please beware of what you order for.
